We ask our parish family's prayers every day for religious vocations to bring young people into the service of The Lord. Please take a moment at the dinner table and during bedtime prayers to ask God to bless those who hear his call and give them the strength and passion to listen and heed the invitation to serve the Holy Church and her people. To be open to God's plan for their lives.
There are many types of vocations. Including lay ministries, married life, parenthood, teaching, military or first responder service -- in fact almost anything can be a personal ministry if it is done with love and mindful of God's presence in others.
But the Church is in great need of priests and sisters to staff our parishes, schools and hospitals, administer the Sacrements, take care of the sick and the poor and bring His Word to the far corners of the World.
Please make an intention for vocations a regular part of your family prayer life. And visit our Dominican Vocations website to learn more about Dominican Sisters
