Olivia Pasquarella, a senior at The Loyola School in New York City, and a graduate from St. Augustine School, won first place in the Student Congress category of the 74th annual Chaminade Invitational Speech Tournament Jan. 8. This week SAS Annual Calendar Raffle went home with your child. It runs from February through March. Winners are pulled EVERYDAY. Different days have different cash prizes..from $50, $100, $300 and $500. One entry blank may win more than once!! All proceeds benefit the St. Augustine Home & School Association. Please return your entry form (click for link) to the main office with your $20 donation. Winners will be posted on the website and notified by mail. You may send in your entry at any time..the first raffle starts on February first with a $100 cash prize!!

Catholic Schools are distributing free home Covid-10 rapid test kits. At home testing may be less accurate than test results performed by a health care provider. For this reason, there are times when you should follow up with your provider and arrange for another COVID-10 test to confirm your at home test result (a confirmatory test, such as a molecular PCR Test.) For example: If you have any COVID symptoms after being in close contact and test negative on an at-home test, it is critical that you confirm the negative at-home test with a PCR test.
